Franchise Taxes

Franchise Taxes

The State of Delaware does not require Delaware S corporations to pay income tax, however, businesses must pay the state’s franchise tax.

Due to the pass-through nature of this entity, a shareholder of a(n) S corporation shareholder will owe tax to the state on their share of the company’s income.

Contact the DCS team today on 800-426-2327 or email dcs@lawdeb.com to find out more about the taxes payable as a S corporation.
