Delaware Division of Corporations closed for Labor Day weekend 2015

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Delaware Division of Corporations will be CLOSED for a major computer system conversion over Labor Day weekend 2015. The office will be closed on Friday, September 4th and will reopen for business on Tuesday, September 8th. For more information, please click here for details.

Please note that Delaware Corporate Services will be OPEN for business as usual except for Labor Day, (7th September 2015), however our DE services will be affected from 4:30pm on Thursday, September 3rd. If you have any queries regarding the above or would like to contact us regarding the services we can offer you, the team will gladly assist.
