Plain Copies

Plain copies are photo copies of the entity’s formation documents that were filed with the secretary of states such as: Certificate of Incorporations, Articles of Organizations and any amendment or restated documents that are on file.

These documents are not certified but in certain states, plain copies can be used to open bank accounts, open a line of credit etc.
